The founder, Dimitrios Chr. Serefas, began his career in 1988 in the small two-room office on Fragkon Street 13.
In 1992, Maria P. Salpisti joined the team, and together they became the co-founders of the law firm “Dimitrios Chr. Serefas and Maria P. Salpisti.”
In 2020, the office space expanded, and Christos D. Serefas joined our team. A year later, our team grew even further with the addition of Odysseas Chr. Kavazidis, and the office was renamed “Serefas, Kavazidis & Partners Law.”

In 1986, he graduated from the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and in 1988, he began working as a lawyer specializing in civil law cases, continuing to practice active law to this day. Since 2010, he has been a lawyer authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece and has represented numerous cases in the courts of Athens, Thessaloniki, and other regions of Greece.
In 1991, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and in 1993, she began working as a lawyer specializing in civil law cases. She has been practicing advisory law in property law and cadastral law to this day.
In 2018, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During his studies, he attended educational programs at foreign universities (Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands, University of Würzburg, Germany). Since 2021, he has been working as a lawyer specializing in civil law cases, and in 2023, he obtained his master’s degree with distinction in Civil Procedure Law from Democritus University of Thrace, completing his thesis on “Default Judgments in the First Instance.” Since 2024, he has served as the president of the “Association of Alumni of Arsakeio Thessaloniki. He speaks English and French.

During his fourth year of studies, he participated in the Virtual Criminal Trial, an annual event held as part of the curriculum for criminal procedure and criminal law at the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace, where he took on the role of defense attorney. Since 2019, he has been working as a lawyer specializing in criminal law cases. In 2020, he earned his master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, completing his thesis on “The Change of Charges.” He speaks English.

Since 2022, she has been the legal advisor for the Pangaion Land Registry Office. Since 2023, she has been an Accredited Mediator by the Ministry of Justice, specializing in Land Registry cases. He speaks English.
